About the Role

As a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to identify potential leads, connect with prospects, and help generate business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.

You will play an important role in helping our team build strong pipelines and connect with decision-makers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through Facebook, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Find and organize business/contact information for outreach
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce services and generate interest
  • Send professional follow-up emails to prospects
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects consistently
  • Work towards daily/weekly outreach and lead generation targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects over the phone
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and online research
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Experience using CRM tools
