About the Role

You will design and build automated workflows that remove manual work from client operations — connecting CRMs, AI tools, and third-party apps into systems that run on their own. Your mission is to turn repetitive processes into reliable automations and to bring AI into workflows wherever it saves time or improves results.

Core Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into client workflows and chatbots
Connect CRMs, forms, calendars, and third-party apps into unified systems
Build and train AI chatbots for lead qualification and customer support
Automate email, SMS, and follow-up sequences using triggers and conditions
Troubleshoot broken automations and fix workflow errors quickly
Document automation logic so workflows are easy to maintain and hand off
Identify manual processes that can be automated and propose solutions
Test automations thoroughly before deploying to live client accounts

You Will Succeed If You Have

1+ years of experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
Practical experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Strong understanding of triggers, conditional logic, and webhooks
Experience connecting CRMs and marketing tools via APIs or native integrations
Comfortable troubleshooting broken workflows under time pressure
Logical, process-driven thinking with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
Ability to document workflows clearly for non-technical clients

Nice to Have

Experience with GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) for custom logic
Experience building AI chatbots or voice agents
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data structures
Experience automating workflows for agencies or multiple client accounts
