About the Role

You will own performance data across paid search paid social retargeting and emerging channels. Your mission is to translate raw campaign data into clear insights and continuous improvement actions for acquisition retention and return on ad spend. You partner with growth product marketing and data engineering to design tracking ensure clean attribution and surface opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and manage funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GoHighLevel
  • Create and maintain automation workflows including email, SMS, and trigger sequences
  • Set up CRM pipelines and lead management systems
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools using Zapier and native integrations
  • Configure forms, calendars, surveys, and lead capture systems
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing funnels and automations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes
  • Ensure all systems are organized, scalable, and easy for clients to manage
  • Document processes and maintain clear workflow structures

You Will Succeed If You Have

  • 1+ years of experience working with GoHighLevel
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Experience building funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with Zapier integrations and third-party tools
  • Experience working with email and SMS automation
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation and funnel issues quickly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
  • Attention to detail and organized workflow management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress or Webflow
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation
  • Experience working with marketing agencies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS
